Returning non-faulty goods
What if I just don't like the products when they get here?
In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your Sedini purchase, then we operate a 10-day No Quibble guarantee. To return the goods please contact us and we will arrange collection. Keep the original packaging and repackage. There will be a charge for the return carriage and we can advise you of the price when you contact us. Once the goods have been returned to Sedini they will then be inspected. We will only give a full refund for goods in pristine condition. We will refund you within 30 days.

What about returning a non standard item?
We can adjust the heights of certain stools. If we class this as a non-standard height, this is called a bespoke item and will be made clear to you when you order. In this instance, we regret we are only able to accept the return of the goods if they are faulty.
