What if my goods arrive damaged or are faulty?
We take great care in packing but if you find your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange to collect the goods for either repair or replacement depending on the extent of the damage. Please keep all of the original packaging and repackage carefully. All returns must be arranged in advance, otherwise we are unable to refund for unauthorised returns.

Please note that all metal/chrome suffers from minor abrasions and fault lines due to the shaping process. These are not damage spots, but are caused by the manufacturing method and cannot be avoided.
